The Department of Accounting and General Services has established a Pre-qualified List of Certified Public Accountants in accordance with Section 103D-304, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to provide Accounting or Audit services to state agencies. Thereafter, whenever circumstances require, the State Comptroller will invite certified public accountants from the pre-qualified list to submit proposals to provide Accounting or Audit services to state agencies for evaluation and selection.
