DLNR Reschedules 2 Items
From November 17 Land Board Agenda

HONOLULU -- The Board of Land and Natural Resources announced today that, due to typographical errors within the Agenda that was posted under the state Sunshine Law, it will reschedule two items from its November 17 agenda to its next meeting on Friday, December 8, 2006.

“The Sunshine Law requires that the title of the submittal must identically match the agenda item as posted at the Lt. Governor’s website,” said Peter Young, Land Board Chairperson.

The items to be rescheduled are:

J-1 Cancellation of revocable permit No. B-03-06, Magic Island Petroleum, permittee, Ala Wai small boat harbor.

J-2 Requesting final approval of amendments to Chapter 13-242, Hawaii Administrative Rules, as they relate to cruise ship fee increases, and requesting authorization to submit the approved rules to the Governor for final adoption.
