April 10, 2008 The Commission issued a Public Notice to Announce the Designation of the Surface Water Hydrologic UNits of Waihee, Waiehu, Iao, and Waikapu Streams (Na Wai Eha) as Surface Water Management Areas.

Mar. 13, 2008 The Commission accepted the Final Findings of Fact and designated the surface water hydrologic units of Waihee, Waiehu, Iao, and Waikapu (collectively referred to as "Na Wai Eha") as surface water management areas.
