In the continuing interest of expediting appeals in child protective actions, the end date of the Child Protective Pilot Project in the appellate courts of the State of Hawai‘i and the Child Protective Pilot Project Rules, established by order dated April 3, 2008, is hereby extended from June 30, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
