In light of the recent addition of Rule 22 to the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai‘i (RSCH),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, notwithstanding the requirements of RSCH 1.14(a), that the time for completion of the professionalism course mandated by Rule 1.14 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai‘i is extended to December 31, 2010, for bar members who elected active status during calendar year 2008.
