Hawaii Administrative Rules 2009 Table of Statutory Sections Implemented & Directory
Includes all of the rules of Hawaii state government agencies filed with the Office of the
Lieutenant Governor in the Hawaii Administrative Rules format prior to May 1, 2009. All prior
versions of the Table are superseded. This publication also contains a partial directory of the
State's administrative rules listing all of the chapters organized under each of the titles of the
Hawaii Administrative Rules.

This publication sets forth important information concerning the bills
passed by the Hawaii State Legislature during the Regular Session of
2009, which adjourned sine die on May 8, 2009. This publication
supplements the publication entitled "Bills Passed by the Hawaii State
Legislature, Regular Session of 2009" which was issued by the
Legislative Reference Bureau in early May 2009. That publication
contains a brief description of each bill passed during the 2009
session.

Hawaii's Legislative Reference Bureau Library has recently made
available its annual, Directory of State, County and Federal Officials.
A companion volume to the Guide to Government in Hawaii, the Directory
contains department and agency directory listings, including office,
title, phone & fax numbers, and mail and email addresses. The
information set forth in this publication is current as of February 1,
2009.
