Revised Statutes, which authorizes the Legislature to compel the
production of records and the attendance of witnesses, and take
testimony of witnesses under oath. All proceedings of the Joint

Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibits discrimination on the
basis of disability in education programs or activities that receive
federal financial assistance. OCR enforces Section 504 regulation, which
is in the Code of Federal Regulations at 34 CFR 104.
