The Municipal Reference Center (MRC) primarily serves the information and research needs of the executive and legislative branches of the City & County of Honolulu. The MRC is also available to the general public interested in the operation of their local government. All MRC users must schedule appointments prior to visiting by calling (808) 768-3765.
