BOARD OF EDUCATION

Section 2.   [This section as amended by HB2376, L 2010 is not printed in the 2010 supplement to the Hawaii Revised Statutes as it was ratified after the publication deadline.] There shall be a board of education. The governor shall nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the senate, appoint the members of the board of education, as provided by law.
