Certified Payroll Records on Public Works Contracts

Under section 92F-12(a)(9), Hawaii Revised Statutes, certified payroll records on public works
contracts must be available for public inspection and copying any provision to the contrary
notwithstanding. Whether such records must include an individual's social security number and home
address is not within the scope of the UIPA.
