HFDC Arbitration Awards

Residential lease rent arbitration awards and decisions by the Hawaii Housing Finance Development Corporation or by arbitrators appointed by the HFDC must be made available for public inspection and copying under the UIPA. The lease rent arbitration decisions are "final opinions" or "orders made in the adjudication of cases" that are specifically made public under the UIPA.
