Annual Report for Workers’ Compensation
Annual Reports filed with the Department of Labor
and Industrial Relations by self-insurers of
workers’ compensation must be made available for public inspection
and copying upon request.
Although the Annual Report contains the number of cases and the
total amount of benefits paid under
the workers’ compensation program for the year, it does not
contain any personal information about
individuals nor does it reveal confidential commercial or financial
information about the self-insurer.
