Quarantined Animal Case: Owner’s Name and Business Address Public

The name and business address, if any, of the owner of an animal quarantined at the Animal
Quarantine Station must be made available for public inspection and copying. However, the home
address of the owner is protected by the UIPA’s personal privacy exception.
