Na Leo ‘O Hawai‘i Not An Agency

Na Leo ‘O Hawai‘i, Inc., a non-profit community television broadcasting company for the island of
Hawai‘i, is not a government "agency" as defined in section 92F-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
Consequently, it is not subject to the provisions of the UIPA. OIP Op. Ltr. No. 94-24 (Dec. 13,
1994)
