Form N-70NP, "Exempt Organization Business Income Tax Form"	Noted November 14, 2012 - Page 2, Part I, Line 8(d), which reads, "Using the rates listed on line 8(b), compute tax on unrelated business taxable income as shown on line 3," should read: "Using the rates listed on line 8(b), compute tax on unrelated business taxable income as shown on line 5."
2.	Form M-20A, "Monthly Return of Liquid Fuel Tax (State and County) and Environmental Response, Energy, and Food Security Tax"	Noted April 17, 2013, Page 2, Part I, Line 46, which reads, "TOTAL TAXES DUE - Add Lines 42e and 43e" should read: "TOTAL TAXES DUE - Add Lines 42e and 45e"
